DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR HADNALL


You may already be aware that there are plans afoot to build more homes in our village and that there are (provisionally) 7 possible sites for the building of such homes.

Presently, such plans are at ‘consultation’ stage and are not just for our village but Countywide. It is not, therefore, known yet whether it is likely that a further 30 or 300 homes will eventually be built in our village.

Clearly, the difference in the number of homes mentioned above that may be built in our village differs significantly. Some may say that we simply don’t have the infrastructure or amenities (or even the need) for development on such a considerable scale, which would likely extend beyond our village’s existing boundary.

Others may appreciate the need however for a more considered smaller development within our village.

Whatever your view, your opinion is very important to the village and will really help in setting out our position very clearly and right from the start to any developer in the future.
